Sanja Basara, a former professional volleyball player and current Talent Acquisition Specialist at FatCat Select, is an experienced recruitment professional with a wealth of expertise in performance management, interpersonal relationships, client relations, and building organizational structure and culture. She holds a Master's degree in Economic Analysis and Politics and another in Macroeconomics from the University of Belgrade.
