Sales Enablement Performance Specialist

As a Leadership Development Specialist, I facilitate courses on a global scale to improve the quality and quantity of leaders within the J.R. Simplot Company.  This has included facilitating sessions in Spanish and English across North American and in Mexico.  Some of the sessions include subject matter such as; DiSC, Crucial Accountability, Situational Leadership II, Emotional Intelligence, and Adaptive Leadership.   These session can be adapted to fit the needs of teams, or business groups, and are often individualized for the participants.  Maintaining an individualized approach allows me to deliver effective and personal sessions with all areas of the business.  Facilitation is just one facet of my career here.  I also administer our Learning Management System and act as an internal consultant to various stakeholders across the company.  This includes needs analysis, instructional design, and familiarity with adult learning styles.  During my tenure as global admin we have seen adoption of our LMS increase by 35%.

As an Engagement Manager at SaaSFocus I work closely with clients to manage end-to-end <a href="http://Salesforce.com">Salesforce.com</a> CRM Implementation projects, involving Business Process Review, Setup and Configuration of the application as well as User Acceptance Training (UAT). I work to understand customer business needs in terms of their Sales, Marketing, Support and Service Process, thereby aligning the same towards their CRM Implementation objective.  I also coordinate/Interact with the Application Development, Design and Testing teams, on and off shore, as per business requirements to ensure quality delivery.  I focus on client based solutions as not two clients needs are the same.  I work with Enterprise and SMB level clients.

I use automation tools such as Marketo and <a href="http://Salesforce.com">Salesforce.com</a> to ensure rapid execution of marketing and sales needs.  Creation and administration of user roles, profiles, and permissions.  I use those same tools to indicate ROI on purchases and programs. I am working toward my Marketo certification.

I am put to the test daily to improve relationship and social selling.  This is done through contact with channel partners and our end users.  I am able to complete an entire sales process from prospecting and outbound calling to closing the sales/ RFP and RFQ.  I have hit my growing quota month over month and quarter over quarter, averaging 105% to goal.  I maintain a high level of sales while contributing to the efficiency of the office by creating reports for support staff in SalesForce and creating training for new hires.   I utilize a variety of mediums to accomplish this from LinkedIn to DiscoverOrg and Sales Force.

My position includes various parts of finance, logistics, and administrative tasks.  I handle the on-boarding of new clients via credit application terms, the order release process for all purchase orders and wire transfers, back end crediting and reconciliation for all purchase orders and wire transfers, as well as the manual invoicing process, including but not limited to Accounts Payable/Receivable, returns, freight management, and all administrative tasks for the Small Business Team at HP.  This includes understanding of <a href="http://SalesForce.com">SalesForce.com</a>, proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, OneNote,as well as other office systems.  I act as the liaison between the finance teams in Mexico, Costa Rica, and various locations throughout the United States.  In helping these finance teams, I am responsible for reconciling on a monthly and quarterly basis the books for the SBD team on all PO/Wire transactions. In addition to these tasks I also handle all of the Large Volume Orders for internal purchases, BOSS system reporting, and metric reporting from <a href="http://SalesForce.com">SalesForce.com</a> for team goals and metrics.  Worked on creating targeted marketing campaigns and loading them into salesforce.  My duties have even extended into process document creation and training.

Supervised 16 representatives while I worked on managing key performance metrics such as talk times, sales per hour, compliance, and quality assurance.  I helped new representatives understand minimum business expectations and coached them to exceeding these expectations.  I was able to move my teams from last to mid-top level teams.

I was able to do classroom facilitation and head up additional projects for peer to peer and peer to executive level training.  I collaborated closely with my superiors to anticipate future leadership and learning needs.  I trainsitioned into a more operational role after being the number 2 Training Assistant in North America.
