•	Spearhead audience and market research data analysis; lead insights on ratings, budget estimates, and key programming initiatives including series launch strategies and long-term network planning. 

•	Refined network data science approach, yielding stronger predictive analysis of ratings performance, and multi-year increase of network engagement (Frequency, Length of Tune)

•	Role has expanded to include oversight of the Marketing group; efforts center on using quantitative analysis to optimize paid media strategy, product licensing, partnerships, and development of interactive experiences meant to deepen brand engagement, expand non-linear audience reach, and build CRM data collection.

KEY PROJECTS:

2018 - Piloted GSN's first Insight Community, “GSN TV Nation,” transforming our qualitative research position by providing a direct, and valuable, path to speak to core viewers.

2019 - Launched GSN's first voice skill, Common Knowledge, for Amazon Alexa. Amazon named Common Knowledge a Top Alexa Skill of 2019.

Vice President, Research and Marketing

•	Focused on strategic analysis and tactical guidance in the service of improving ratings, expanding network distribution, and acquiring/scheduling an ever-improving slate of quality arts programming.

•	Served as the company leader on estimates analytics, predictive intelligence, cross-platform analytics, and market research.

•	Content Optimization analysis led to reduction in network per hour costs, fuller use of acquisition properties, and a more consistently impactful ratings performance.

Vice President, Research and Audience Development

•	Optimized and trail blazed the collection, presentation and analysis of internal and client-facing business intelligence.

•	Oversaw the production of 50+ weekly and monthly data reports, and expedited the quick turnaround of time-based custom report requests.

•	Increased community engagement through analytics and analysis.

•	Led administration/moderation of more than 40 partner sites and brand integrations including Real Women of Philadelphia, Lauren Conrad, Tori Spelling, Jennifer Lopez, Paula Deen, Alicia Silverstone, Michelle Phan, and more.

Director of Research, Analytics and Community Moderation

Responsible for the creation and execution of all interactive content, from weekly scripts to asset management to profile creation for all partner sites, encompassing more than 50,000 users. Clients include: Paula Deen, Alicia Silverstone, Anthony Zuiker (creator of CSI) and CBS (HarpersGlobe.com).  Secondary duties include site administration, Forum moderation and online marketing and promotion.

Interactive Coordinator

Responsible for the day-to-day moderation and management of certain Passenger online brand communities, including FOX Television, ABC and FedEx.

Responsible for the creation and delivery of metadata and product for digital audio and video titles.  Duties included: Oracle interaction, database maintenance, information architecture, vendor relations.

Supervised the production of filmed screening events, managed and maintained a $3 million dollar information database.
