With more than 17 years of experience, Baidurjya possesses deep knowledge in customer, business, markets, design, and technology.

Having studied Masters in Technology (M Tech- IT) in Information Technology and Courseware Design, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication, Baidurjya has held multiple leadership positions in billion-dollar companies like ADP, Pitney Bowes, ADAPT Solution, NIIT Technologies Limited, and Comtel Technologies.

As the Director of User Experience (UX) at ADP India Studio, Baidurjya has set up innovation and UX practices, led cross-functional teams, and created successful digital products for startups and Fortune 500 companies. Baidurjya has also conceptualised and led Enterprise-wide Unification strategy for billion-dollar enterprises through creation of Design System working closely with marketing and brand teams.

Baidurjya has helped businesses conceptualise products for Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 through generative research, competitive analysis, and new product innovations with million-dollar revenue impact. Baidurjya's expertise has also helped companies to reduce customer contact volumes by redesigning journeys for customer support and implementing usage analytics and data-driven design.
