With experience in strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives, improving recruiting metrics, streamlining TA processes, and team leadership, Jason has made a name for himself as an expert in the field. He has worked for major tech companies including Cloudera, YAHOO, VMware, and Juniper Networks. Jason is also the Head of Engineering Recruiting at Roblox and was an advisor at Canvas.

Jason studied CIR and ACIR in Internet Recruiting at AIRS Human Capital Solutions and has a BA in Philosophy/Pre-Law & Art History from Santa Clara University. He is also a member of several professional organizations.
