Rita Wilson is an experienced administrator with a strong background in higher education. With a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Education in Management from Wayland Baptist University, a Certificate in Real Estate Sales from Amarillo College, and an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Amarillo College, Rita has a wide range of education and expertise. Currently working towards a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, Rita has a demonstrated history of coaching, program evaluation, and student success initiatives.

With a passion for non-profit organizations, Rita's strengths lie in interpersonal communication skills and encouraging and motivating colleagues to strive for success. Prior to her current position as Associate Registrar at Park University, Rita worked as the Associate Director of Enrollment Services, Adjunct Instructor, and Customer Service Technical Specialist/Interim Director of Customer Services at Amarillo College. During her tenure at Amarillo College, Rita also served as the Director of Technical Pathways and Campus Recruiter.
