Her current focus is on implementing new technology and improving the employee and customer experience through the application of inclusion principles and practices. Tammy is a certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with expertise in coaching, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, organization design, diversity and inclusion, team effectiveness, culture transformation, employee engagement, surveys, and complex employee relations. Tammy has acquired several certifications such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner (MBTI), Korn Ferry Lominger Leadership Architect, Interview Architect, Internal LEAN Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, and more. Tammy studied BS in Marketing at Northern Illinois University and holds a Certificate in Executive Education - Negotiation Strategies from Northwestern University. Tammy also holds an MBA in Finance and an MSOD in Organization Development from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
