De'Angello Harris is a globally-experienced tech talent recruiter with over a decade of experience in providing managed services and project-based hiring solutions for contract labor. As the Associate Director of Technology at Randstad Singapore, he is responsible for scaling blockchain, crypto exchanges, and DeFi tech teams. Having lived in Germany, Atlanta USA, and currently based in Singapore, he is a dual citizen of African-American and German heritage and is fluent in German and English. With his in-depth knowledge of every skill set a tech team should have, he collaborates with talent teams within startups and innovation/digital labs to grow their tech divisions. Harris is also an adept leader and mentor of teams of up to 20+ members, and he has had several roles within the Randstad Singapore organization, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Head of Sales for Technology.
