Victoria Herendy is a well-educated architect and real estate professional. She holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, as well as a post-graduation in Real Estate at Escola Politécnica da USP. Her knowledge extends to areas such as development, management, and negotiation of investments for new businesses, acquisition of land, and product development. With a vast experience in the real estate market, she has worked for companies such as Alphaville Urbanismo, Even Construtora, and Tegra Incorporadora, among others. Victoria has presented her research at the 2019 Latin American Real Estate Society Conference with her paper titled "Exploratory Study on Real Estate Developers' Choices in Terms of Location within the Structuring Axes of Urban Transformation in Light of São Paulo's New Strategic Master Plan."
