Melis Efstathiou

Melis Efstathiou is a successful businesswoman with a wealth of experience in managing engineers and running independent businesses. She has held senior positions at leading organizations such as BT, British Gas, G4S, Morrisons, and Data Services, always focused on achieving targets and budgets. With over 19 years of experience, Melis has proven herself to be a competent leader and strategist, having been awarded Franchise of the year in 2011 at Dyno, a British Gas Network.

Melis Efstathiou began her career as a Telecoms engineer at BT, where she honed her skills while working her way up the ranks to become a Field Manager Assistant and then a Field Manager. Subsequently, Melis held several MD positions, beginning with Mel Corp Security Ltd, followed by Delta Services Group Ltd, which she grew and eventually sold. Currently, she is the Managing Director of Bluewater Plumbing Ltd, where she continues to manage and develop businesses successfully.
