John Dvor is a healthcare executive with over twenty years of experience in leadership roles as a serial entrepreneur, investor, and advisor. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and started his career in the U.S. Marine Corps at The White House as US Secret Service Attaché, serving during the Clinton and Bush Administrations, and was awarded Presidential Service Badge #17996. John currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at miR Scientific, a healthcare company whose mission is to revolutionize cancer management by providing early and highly accurate detection, characterization, and monitoring of the disease.

In his previous roles, John was a co-founder of Tufts Health Ventures, the investment division of Tufts Health Plan, the largest health plan in the US recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
