Between April 2010 to July 2011, Kevin left the HayGroup to set up a recruitment technology firm. During these 16 months, he was associated with HayGroup on various projects, as a freelance consultant.

Kevin consulted with leading companies in various sectors like BFSI, FMCG, infrastructure, technology enabled services and healthcare on long term and mid-term HR strategy and business planning. He was responsible for managing relationships with a number of key clients at Hewitt.

Key Client Engagements:
-  Information Technology Company listed on the NYSE: Created the Balanced Scorecard for the company with a 3 year and 5 year perspective. Created the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) for the Top Executive team
-  Large Indian Private Sector Bank:  Implementation of Balanced Scorecard and Support to Business Transformation Programme by defining key performance indices (KPIs) for the Chief Executive and the Executive Team. Created a new organization structure for the bank and developed the recruitment system. Prepared a career development plan for 4000+ associates of the bank
-  Large Indian Generics Player: Conducted the Business Planning exercise for the year 2007 and defined key performance indices (KPIs) for the Chief Executive and the Executive Team. Conducted workshops across the important locations in the country to present the new performance management system and help 400+ employees prepare their scorecard
-  International BPO Services Company: Created a competency model for the company that is in use across its Australian, UK and Support services delivery center
-  Large Automobile Group, India:  Created the Manpower Planning framework to analyze the different business processes in the different SBUs of the Group
