Throughout his career, Bayron has held various positions including Ambassador at Circular Economy Institute, CEC Organizer at Circular Economy Club Cuenca, Director of Projects at PROGUIA, Zonal Coordinator at the National Secretariat for Policy Management, National Planning Director at SECAP Ecuador, Director of Planning and Investments at the Ministry of Labor Relations, and Territorial Operator at the Ministry of Energy and Non-Renewable Natural Resources.
His work focuses on training, public policy development, territorial planning, and disruptive management for the social, economic, and productive sectors, specifically emphasizing circularity in his initiatives.
