Bayly Eley is a security and IT leader with experience spanning over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in leadership, building highly effective security organizations, and enabling business objectives. His specialties include security strategy, security architecture, governance, risk, and compliance, security policy, risk management, security operations, network security, identity and access management, UNIX administration and security, systems engineering, vulnerability management, penetration testing, privacy, physical security, wireline and wireless service provider environments, mobile device security, capital & expense management, budgeting/forecasting.

Bayly studied Computer Science at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and Zoology/Animal Biology at North Carolina State University. He is currently the Vice President - Information Security Technology Engineering & Operations at U.S. Bank, where he has made significant contributions to the development of security policies and implementation of relevant security technologies.

He has held previous positions, such as Business Information Security Officer (Sr Manager) at Windstream Communications, Manager - Information Security Engineering at Verizon Wireless, Manager - Enterprise Security Quality Assurance at Alltel (Acquired by Verizon Wireless), Systems Engineer - Data Network Operations at Alltel, Consultant at AssureCo LLC, and GIT Specialist at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
