With over ten years of experience, Baylee has a proven track record of delivering enterprise process improvement using SaaS product solutions like Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and Oracle CPQ.

Baylee recently graduated from the Ross School of Business after studying Supply Chain Management and winning the Integrated Product Development program.

Education wise, Baylee holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and a Master's in Science in Engineering, both from the University of Michigan, where they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering with a GPA of 3.826.

Throughout their career, Baylee has held various positions such as Senior Analyst at Cleveland Clinic, Communication Coordinator for the COVID-19 Emergency Response Team, and Global Business Transformation Analyst.

Baylee has also worked in leadership roles at top companies like Trinity Health, Simplus, Oracle, and BigMachines in roles ranging from Consulting Solution Manager to Practice Manager, demonstrating a versatile skill set and industry expertise.

Additionally, Baylee has experience as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan, an Industrial Engineering Intern at Raytheon, and a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute.
