Batholomew Hottor is a management professional with a strong background in entrepreneurship and innovation, dedicated to helping startup entrepreneurs, organizations, and innovation teams achieve their ambitious goals.

With a passion for digital health, smart cities, transportation, edtech, fintech, and clean tech, Batholomew is eager to work with startups and innovation teams that are pioneering new solutions to address significant challenges.

His experience spans from being a Project Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure to serving as a former Edtech Startup Mentor at Injini, showcasing his expertise in project management and leadership.

Batholomew holds a Master's degree in Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a Master's degree in Public Policy from Hertie School, and Bachelor's degrees in Business Management (Entrepreneurial), Computer Information Technology, and Agricultural Engineering.

He values teamwork, communication, and leadership, which he honed while working on large-scale agriculture and infrastructure projects in West Africa with a global consulting and engineering firm.

Seeking new opportunities in startup ventures, innovation consulting, or venture capital, Batholomew is open to pro-bono consulting projects related to Market Research or Business Strategy.
