His extensive hands-on experience encompasses product, process, and materials development within the manufacturing sector, notably additive manufacturing.

Specializing in thermodynamic modeling, metallurgy, and product development, Bartek's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering Materials Science and a Master of Science (MS) in Materials Science and Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, Bartek has honed his skills in managing teams, overseeing projects, and mentoring MSc and PhD students.

He has held key positions including Head of R&D at PrimeBlade Sweden AB, Application Engineer specializing in Additive Manufacturing & Powder Metallurgy at Linde Europe North, Acting R&D Manager at Sandvik Coromant, and various R&D engineering roles at Sandvik Coromant.
