Responsible for a divers team of BI and data professionals and driving the data culture across our organization. Our reports and Qlik applications are actively used by 5,500 people to guide their decisions.

Ensured that BI is recognized for agility, speed and scalability while efficiently enabling the organization with relevant data for informed decision making. Created a team of 10 FTE of BI specialists and consultants with the responsibility to service the Commercial Operations and Technology Business Units. The team delivered reporting, analysis and insights to steer the business in mainly customer service, customer experience, corporate customer reporting, bonus payments, service management, core systems and network roll-out. This role included: being part of the BI MT and being a business partner for (senior level) management on decision information.

Since the early spring 2008 I started working for Aexis Netherlands as a Business Intelligence Consultant. Aexis is a professional BI organization, distributing KXEN and TM1 from IBM / Cognos, with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. As a BI Consultant I was focusing on the modelling with KXEN and the implementation of budgeting, planning and reporting processes at e.g. Heineken, Albron, Eneco and Amsterdam RAI.

As a BI Specialist on the Consumer Base Management department from Vodafone I was responsible for some state-of-the-art insight delivering projects, such as Competitor Intelligence, Prepaid Churn Prevention and Social Network Analysis. For these projects I created algorithms and models with KXEN and SQL and did the implementation as well within NCR Teradata and Oracle databases.

As a Business Analyst on the Customer Management (CS) department from Vodafone I was responsible for the reporting and analyses for all the Sales Inbound and Sales Outbound Contact Centers.
