Barry Rubin is a highly respected bipartisan political consultant with over 20 years of experience in issue management, government relations, public affairs, communications, and political consultancy, catering to a diverse clientele including Fortune 500 companies, Trade Associations, Unions, Non-Profits, and political candidates across all levels of government.

He pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Delaware and completed his high school education at Thomas S. Wootton HS.
