Barry Crins

Barry Crins is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Alliance Security Inc., a home automation and security company based in Warwick.2 He is a Cranston native and resident who played a key role in the company's expansion and relocation to Cranston in 2015.1

As CSO, Crins is responsible for leading the sales department at Alliance Security. He is known for conducting daily "huddle-up" sessions, where he engages the sales team with rallying pep talks focused on goals and performance improvement.1

Crins was part of the executive team that welcomed Mayor Allan Fung during the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Alliance Security's new 60,000-square-foot facility in Cranston. The company had outgrown its previous location in Warwick and moved to the new space to support its expanding workforce.1

Alliance Security has experienced significant growth under Crins' leadership, with the company creating over 600 jobs and protecting more than 200,000 homes. In 2015, the company was projecting revenue of over $110 million, up from $56 million the previous year.1
