Bard Chodera

Bard Chodera is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the global BPO contact center industry.1 He joined Reap community as an Advisor in January 2023.1 Chodera is currently the President and Founder of Allegiance Global Incorporated, a position he has held since February 2020.1

Throughout his career, Chodera has held various high-level positions in companies such as Education at Work, Premier BPO, Vertex Business Services, VXI Global Solutions, Arise Virtual Solutions, SITEL, and TeleTech.1 His expertise includes:

In addition to his role at Reap community, Chodera serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Division of Continuing Education Customer Experience at UC Irvine.1 He is also active in the industry, having authored articles and spoken at national and international conferences.
