Barclay Holmes, a Partner and Senior Delivery Consultant at Coral Mountain Consulting, has over 25 years of experience working with Program Management Offices and digital departments to improve delivery processes to achieve faster innovation. With expertise in aligning delivery process and performance management to business strategy, large program management, process improvement, and software implementations using Agile frameworks, Holmes has worked with executives at Fortune 1000 companies such as Verizon, Wyndham, General Motors, Disney Parks, and Intuit.

Holmes received a Juris Doctorate in Law from Boston College Law School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General, Magna Cum Laude from Bryant University. Additionally, Holmes has a year of experience studying French Language and Literature in Aix-en-Provence, France.

Prior to joining Coral Mountain Consulting, Holmes held leadership positions at HB&B Management, Publicis Sapient, and The Walt Disney Company, Parks & Resorts Online. He was also a Director of Project Management at Media Revolution/Trigger LLC, Project Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi LA, and Producer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Pearson.
