Barbara A. Reguengo (Esq.)

Barbara Reguengo is an experienced attorney and human resources professional with a passion for promoting equity and compliance in educational settings. With a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a background in business administration and HR from California State University, Northridge, Reguengo has held a variety of roles in both the private and public sectors. She has served as a Title IX Coordinator at both California State University, Northridge and California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, as well as a Contract & Grant Officer at the University of Southern California and an Attorney at the Law Offices of Jon M. Woods. Reguengo has also served in a variety of law clerk and HR positions throughout her career, giving her a deep understanding of legal and workplace issues.

As Associate Director & Senior Deputy Title IX Coordinator at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona's Office of Institutional Equity & Compliance, Reguengo focuses on promoting a safe and supportive campus environment, free from discrimination and harassment. She is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in education, ensuring that all students have access to a high-quality learning experience.
