As the manager of the Quality effort for the company, I was in charge of:
• Redefinition of the QA strategy, which had previously focused mostly on heavy manual regression testing, moving towards automation, mostly focused on mobile (Android and iOS) 
• Change management, driving the shift to Quality Assistance practices and promoting the necessary cultural and mindset changes through mentoring, internal and cross-team communication.
• Career development of team members. Reorganisation of the team structure to increase efficiency, speed of delivery and support company cultural values and engagement.
• Release management, implementation of release trains and coordination of mobile releases.
• Promoting internal dogfooding through betas and introducing systems to gather product feedback from the whole company.
• Coordinating efforts to open bug reporting and feature requests in Jira to gather feedback and ensure transparency company-wide, including trainings and support for non-technical staff.

effort, finding an optimal balance between test automation and exploratory testing.
