Barbara Ofosu-Somuah is a professional with over 8 years of experience in mission-focused organizations, with a strong focus on culture, educational access and equity, race, language, inclusive leadership, and technology. Her roles as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow, a Fulbright Researcher, and her current position at the Posse Foundation have allowed her to leverage her project management skills to advance cultural competency and inclusion. As a Salesforce Database Administrator, Barbara excels in creating processes that drive efficiencies, enable scalability, and ensure data accuracy. She collaborates with various teams, stakeholders, and external partners to establish tools that provide actionable insights and visibility into data and analytics, supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization.
