Barbara Bouza

Barbara Bouza is an esteemed architect and business executive with a track record of success across a diverse range of industries. As President of Business Operations Design & Delivery at Walt Disney Imagineering, she leads a team of interdisciplinary experts in designing and implementing projects for Disney parks, cruises, resorts, and retail centers. Prior to this, she served as Co-Managing Director and Principal at Gensler, where she worked with high-profile clients such as Netflix, Amgen, NASA/JPL, and the City of Hope. Barbara is also an active member of the community and sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Imagine LA and Girls Inc. She has been recognized for her business prowess and community leadership by publications such as The Los Angeles Business Journal and Real Estate Forum magazine. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and completed the Graduate Diploma Program at the Architectural Association in London.
