Barbara (Babs) Burchfield is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the creative and social impact sectors.

She currently holds the role of CEO and Co-Founder at Conscious Commerce, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on conscious capitalism and sustainable business practices.

Prior to her current position, Barbara was a Partner, Producer, and Creative Director at RIOT.HOUSE, a role where she showcased her talents in production and creative direction.

Her previous experience also includes working as a Producer at the renowned Global Citizen Festival, a Designer at Summit, and a Communications Manager at Artists for Peace and Justice.

With her extensive experience spanning across various organizations, Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge in areas such as entrepreneurship, production, design, and communications.
