I interned at Progress Software's Bedford, MA as part of the Decision Analytics product development team.

Here, I got the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Corticon business rules management product. I worked with a team of veteran software engineers who mentored and guided me. This was my very first opportunity to gain firsthand, real world, experience in the development of software in a globally distributed company.

I worked on short term projects which involved, adding new functionality to the Corticon product, developing prototypes of new concepts. These projects provided me with an opportunity to work within a mature, professional and friendly software engineering team renowned for the quality and performance of its software deliverables.

Our team adopted Agile Methodologies, and we had daily Scrum meetings which involved people from not only from our Bedford office, but also from our offices in California.
