He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. With an extensive educational background, Barak has leveraged his expertise in various roles across different industries.

Barak currently holds a key role as the Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon, where he is responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience as a Business Development Intern focusing on New Markets at ServiceTitan. Additionally, he has worked as an International Tax & Transfer Pricing Consultant at PwC, showcasing his proficiency in financial matters.

Before delving into the corporate world, Barak served as a Business Analyst at the Israel Ministry of Finance, where he honed his analytical skills and understanding of fiscal policies. His leadership capabilities were further developed during his time as a Squad Commander in the Israel Defense Forces.
