Chief Product Officer

•Strategy definition and Product roadmap: Leading the workstream to define the new product strategy for Global Fraud and ID Solutions. Identified the target needs-based segment in which TU can take the leadership position in the market. Defining our hypothesis, validating them through VOCs and establishing the Product Roadmap. 
•Product Development: Building out TU’s Global Product Development team to deliver on our newly defined Fraud/Identity strategy at enterprise scale. Core team member of the Technology workstream to define the future technology platform to bring together over a half a dozen siloed platforms into one seamless delivery platform for customers  focused on customer delight, sales efficiencies and operational effectiveness. 
•Product Innovation: Recognized as “Best in Class” ID Proofing solution by Javelin Strategy & Research. Launched Document Verification as a key layer within our broader ID Proofing solution. Launched our enhanced Synthetic Fraud model to expand on our analytical capabilities.

TransUnion

Global Vice President, Products, Fraud & Identity Solutions

•Took over as the Chief Product Officer, after the acquisition of iovation by TransUnion. Part of the iovation Executive Management Team reporting to the CEO. 
•Was responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap. 
•Led the entire organization (including Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Product Marketing and Customer Success) through agile transformation including training, staffing, breaking down silos, process refinement and restructuring teams. Established feature and component teams to focus on value delivery in sprints with a quarterly planning cadence.
•Established key performance metrics to track progress weekly. The Product and Engineering organization started to deliver on its commitments on a consistent basis. 
•Rolled out and managed a new prioritization framework that helped identify the most important value-based initiatives for the teams to focus on. 
•Product Innovation: Extended iovation’s device risk capabilities with email and phone risk solutions. Enhanced our generic ML-based device score and rolled out multiple industry-specific models. Migrated our reporting capabilities from a legacy system to a new-age reporting system putting more actionable information in the hands of our customer success teams. Fully integrated iovation’s device risk solutions into TU’s broader ID Proofing platform across the globe.

iovation

•Responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap for TU’s US ID and risk products. 
•Head of Trustev’s Product, Technology and Operations teams post acquisition. With this integration, I was accountable for the product strategy, product development, architecture and deployment of our solutions, including production support.  
•Product Innovation: Led the extension of Trustev’s platform to become TU’s first full ID risk orchestration and decisioning platform in the cloud. We built an industry-leading identifier to establish an identify graph linking an individual’s profile to their emails, phones, devices, addresses, transactions, etc to quickly and accurately distinguish a good consumer’s profile from that of a fraudster. 
•Recognized by Javelin as the 2017 “Innovation Leader” for ID Proofing.
•M&A: Led the product due-diligence and acquisition of iovation to augment TU’s Fraud ID solutions globally. Product lead in the integration team post acquisition.

Head of Product, (VP Products) IDVision - Risk & Identity Solutions

•Integrated a variety of TU’s ID risk products into a single decisioning solution enabling customers to code to a single integration layer with normalized risk signals, configuration, calibration and reporting.
•Worked with multiple vendors to incorporate their risk signals into IDVision to offer a comprehensive single-contract single-price solution to TU customers.  
•M&A: Led the product due-diligence and acquisition of Trustev to augment TU’s Fraud ID solutions. Product lead in the integration team post acquisition.

•Established strong integration of disparate verification and authentication solutions.
•Built KPIs to track performance of the products
•Developed a roadmap to significantly improve fraud capture while reducing friction for good consumers.

Director, Product Management (Risk & Identity Solutions)

•Identity Solutions: Led the implementation of TU’s first device verification service integrating it fully into our core identity verification solution. Established step-up authentication flows for the US platform. 
•Wireless Directory Assistance (driving strategy with major US wireless carriers): 
-- Was the product lead working across major US wireless carriers to establish the Wireless Directory Assistance (WDA) service.
-- Authored the industry-standard format for data exchange between the wireless carriers and the WDA service
-- Authored the industry standard format for data exchange between the WDA service and the Operating Services companies and the underlying data platforms. 
•Marketing Services: Product Lead for TU’s Contact Manager, Mover, Linked Mover, SiteLicense and Contact Verification Products.  
•Data Strategy: Defined the strategy and roadmap for ingesting multiple data sources across the organization in a standardized, normalized and consistent format for consumption in point solutions.
