Baiju Shah is a prominent business leader and entrepreneur based in the Greater Cleveland area. He currently serves as the President & CEO of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the region's leading economic development organization and the largest metropolitan chamber of commerce in the nation.1

Shah has an extensive background in business, innovation, and economic development:

• He was the CEO of BioMotiv, a company accelerator focused on advancing breakthrough discoveries from research institutions into therapeutic products.1
• He served as the President & CEO of BioEnterprise, a business formation, growth, and recruitment initiative focused on bioscience companies.1
• Shah co-founded Accenture Interactive in 2009, which rebranded as Accenture Song in 2023 and generated $18 billion in revenue last year.2
