Bahitbek KATEN is an experienced professional in the Real Estate industry since 2003.

In 2007, Bahitbek founded ARISTAN GROUP, a diversified company with over 450 personnel.

ARISTAN GROUP comprises several key divisions such as NAI Aristan, a partner of NAI Global, a prominent global real estate consulting network.

Additionally, Aristan Property Management under ARISTAN GROUP oversees more than 300,000 m2 of commercial real estate.

Furthermore, ARISTAN PROJECT MANAGEMENT GROUP, another division, is involved in Engineering Procurement Construction projects for various sectors like residential, commercial, hotel, and industrial construction.

Bahitbek KATEN has established office locations in various regions including Almaty, Astana, Aktau, Atyrau, Karaganda, and Pavlodar.

His educational background includes a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Oil and Gas Engineering from Kazakh National Technical University and a BSc in Engineering, specifically in Oil and Gas Engineering from Middle East Technical University.

Bahitbek has held leadership positions such as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ARISTAN GROUP.

Previously, he served as the Vice President and Head of Real Estate Development Department at IDMC (Investment Development Management Company) within the ORDABASY CORPORATION.

Prior to that, Bahitbek was the Head of Sales Department at MAG Construction under ORDABASY GROUP and worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Colliers International.
