Bahar AlHarbi is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in investment, sustainable development, and entrepreneurial strategy.

She is the founder and CEO of Startups House, a pioneering licensed private business incubator and accelerator in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to empowering and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering innovation and collaboration, and creating economic and social impact in the GCC region and beyond.

Bahar is actively engaged in various prestigious roles such as a member of the B20 Task Force on Technology, Innovation, and R&D, representing the Saudi business community in the G20 Communication Group, under the Indonesia 2022 and India 2023 presidencies.

In addition, she serves as an executive committee member for consulting professions at the Federation of Saudi Chambers and is a member of the entrepreneurial track of the Saudi-Emirati Youth Council.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Banking and International Finance from Toulouse Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Al-Faisal University, and a Foundation Degree in Social Science and Philosophical Studies from Durham University.

Bahar is multilingual, proficient in English, Arabic, and French, and holds multiple certifications in finance, language, and leadership.
