Bagisha Jha is an accomplished human resources professional with diverse experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Her career journey spans across several renowned organizations such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Siemens, Godrej, SAP, MSD, and Infosys.

At Mahindra Finance, she currently leads the HR Digital Experience domain, where she is responsible for driving technological innovation in HR processes. She was previously the Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Mahindra Group and managed the company's GMC Human Resources department. Before joining Mahindra, she completed her internships at Citibank India, SAP, and MSD, where she honed her technical and project management skills.

Bagisha is passionate about promoting diversity in the workplace and advocates for gender-inclusive policies. As a professional, she possesses excellent communication and analytical skills, and she has experience in leading large teams in complex projects.
