Asad Khan is a seasoned business development and finance professional with expertise in ESG, venture capitalism, private equity, and start-ups. He specializes in all aspects of corporate finance, including sukuk, IPOs, due diligence, M&A, and deal screening to execution. He is an expert in structured financing, ECA's, BOT, IPP, IWPs, and project development. Asad has the experience to commercialize emerging technologies in renewable energy, enhanced oil recovery, hydraulic fracking, and other clean-tech segments. He studied finance and financial management services at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and holds a degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Karachi University.

Additionally, he has experience serving as a Board Member at RedWave Energy, Inc., ecore MENA FZ, and TouGas Oilfield Solutions GmbH.
