Babette Pepaj is a multimedia producer with over a decade of experience in creating innovative network television programs. In 2006, she transitioned from reality TV to the food community by launching BakeSpace.com, the Web's first food-themed social network.

BakeSpace quickly evolved into a vibrant platform where members can share recipes, publish digital cookbooks, and brands can engage with home cooks on a peer-to-peer level. Babette has collaborated with major consumer brands like KitchenAid, Chobani, and media giants such as Disney and Sony Pictures for branded recipe campaigns.

Her latest endeavor, BakeBot, revolutionizes the kitchen experience by combining AI technology with the expertise of home cooks. BakeBot not only generates recipes but also assists with cooking-related queries, digitizes recipe cards, and creates digital cookbooks.

Aside from her work with BakeSpace, Babette organized the TECHmunch Food Influencer/Content Creator Conference across North America and initiated philanthropic events like CupcakeCamp LA and BakeCamp festival.

Acknowledged for her contributions to making cooking creative, accessible, and enjoyable, Babette has received numerous awards, including 18 Webby nominations, multiple w3 Awards, an "Outstanding Use of New Technology" accolade from IACP, and the PepsiCo Women's Inspiration Award.

In 2021, Babette established Pepaj Media, LLC, emphasizing the creation of engaging content focused on food, pets, travel, and various lifestyle themes to inspire audiences globally. She prioritizes respecting and catering to viewers' passions and preferences in her content development approach.

Additionally, Babette founded HaloDog.com and PrecutPaper.com as side projects. She studied at Syracuse University and has held key roles in organizations like BakeSpace, TastyUpdate, and TECHmunch.
