Diego Rondon is an experienced entrepreneur and an expert in managing high-performance teams, with a focus on startups, innovation, and product/service creation. He has worked for multinational consulting firms, managing projects and processes in various industries, such as technology, finance, and human resources. With an MBA in law from FGV and a post-MBA in Quality Management from the Inova Business School, Diego has extensive knowledge of business processes and trends. As a board member, he played an active role in the strategic management, policy definition, and search for national and international investors for startups.

In the past, Diego has held various senior executive roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Venture Partner, and Private Investor in different companies. He co-founded e-volve.in, worked as a RH Manager at 99, and as a Venture Builder for RH and Technology initiatives. He has also advised companies like Assina Saúde, IMPAR CAPITAL, VITRINE RETAIL, and Chiefs.Group.
