Liz Tracy is a mission-focused and community-driven leader with a diverse background in marketing, design, and social impact initiatives. Currently pursuing an Industrial/Organizational Psychology PhD at North Carolina State University, she is a researcher at the 4D Lab, where she applies behavioral insights to create sustainable solutions that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With a track record of success in partnership development, strategic planning, consulting, and executive leadership, Liz has previously worked at organizations such as HQ Raleigh, Duke University, and the Leadership exCHANGE Global Leadership Programs. She has also worked as a freelance travel writer and owner and designer at MEA Fashions.
