Anna Kostiaeva, a Federal expert in scientific and technical sphere at the Russian Ministry of Education, holds a doctorate in Material Science and a diploma of engineer in Solid state electronics from National University of Science and Technology 'MISIS' (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys). With expertise in the field of material science, Ms. Kostiaeva has previously worked as a Coater/Lami Process Engineer at Guardian Industries and also as a Leading engineer-scientist at Shubnikov Institute of Crystallography of Russian Academy of Sciences. Her experience and knowledge as an engineer-scientist has also contributed to her former position at National University of Science and Technology "MISiS".
