Mike Tran is a highly experienced designer with expertise in visual design, user-centered thinking, and product strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Culture, and Information Technology from the University of Toronto, as well as a Certificate in Digital Communication from the Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. With a passion for the creative craft, Mike designs solutions to solve real human problems and is constantly driven by the need to ask "why."

Mike has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as Klarna, KOHO, Cover, Flipp, and Owl Practice. As the Design Lead at Klarna, he applies his deep experience in product design, human-centered thinking, and strategic planning to create products that are elegant, intuitive, and drive business value. Previously, as the Lead Product Designer at KOHO and Product Design Lead at Cover, he developed and led successful product design teams while contributing to the overall growth and success of the companies. Mike's zeal for design and user-centered thinking developed during his tenure as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at Flipp and Owl Practice, respectively.
