Mustafizur Khan is a well-established entrepreneur, angel investor, and venture capitalist with over 22 years of diverse experience in heading teams across various industries in Asia. He is an alumnus of the Richard Ivey School of Business, Hong Kong, Nanyang Business School, NTU, and ESSEC Business School, Asia-Pacific, where he gained strategic marketing, marketing analytics, and marketing leadership development skills.

He is currently a partner at IDLC VC Fund 1 and has held several roles previously such as CEO & Founder at Upskill, Founder & CEO at Startup Dhaka, and Investor & Director at LightCastle Partners. He also served as the Head of Marketing & Co-Founder at ZuumZuum.com, Senior Manager, Marketing and Sales at Aziz & Company Ltd., HVAC division, Operating Partner for GP Accelerator at Grameenphone Accelerator (powered by Startup Dhaka), SVP, brand sponsorship channels at HSBC Singapore, and Head of marketing and communications at HSBC Singapore.

Mustafiz specializes in investing in early-stage startups in Bangladesh, managing startup accelerator, and incubator programs, marketing, portfolio management, and entrepreneurial community development. He has also been a Tedx speaker, sharing his knowledge on entrepreneurship and investment in Bangladesh startups.
