Gradwell Sears is a renowned Executive Creative Director with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Sears currently holds the same position at MediaMonks, where he ensures top-notch creative execution across multiple brands in Facebook's portfolio. He has also worked with well-known international clients such as Peloton, Diageo, and Adidas during his tenure as ECD at Firstborn. Sears has been recognized by highly regarded industry awards, including The Clios, One Show, The FWA, Awwwards, and others.

Sears has a BFA in Integrated Design Curriculum, Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School. He is currently based in Brooklyn, NYC, and has worked for various agencies in New York and London, such as AKQA, Arnold, and rehabstudio, among others, earlier in his career. Besides his work at MediaMonks, he has also served as a former adviser and mentor at SoDA: The Digital Society and SIDE PRJCT.
