Gail Woods is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, research and development, and project management. She is passionate about developing life-changing medicines for people with debilitating diseases and has expertise in regulatory due diligence of small pharma start-up programs. Her pharmaceutical experience spans across a range of therapeutic areas including Rheumatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, allergy/respiratory, oncology and immunology. Gail is also a dynamic leader, program director, connector, facilitator, and problem solver. She has a postgraduate diploma in Regulatory Affairs from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biochemical Sciences from the University of Ulster. Additionally, she studied at The Columbia Coaching Certification Program in Executive and organizational coaching. She is currently the Director, Due Diligence, Global Regulatory Affairs at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and the former Co-founder of TownBeam, a pilot online platform that showcased towns with a mission to create vibrant and prosperous communities.
