Ryan Finsrud Howell is a highly skilled attorney and business consultant with extensive experience advising startups from inception to exit. As a founding attorney at Rubicon Law and former in-house counsel at TIVIS Ventures, Ryan has been involved in numerous capital raising and commercial transactions, as well as M&A deals in a wide range of industries including software, technology, ecommerce, and healthcare. Ryan is also an accomplished educator, having taught "Venture Deals" at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law and Daniels College of Business. He holds a JD and an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA in International Politics from Brigham Young University. When not working, Ryan enjoys exploring the beautiful state of Colorado with his wife and five daughters.
