Jeffrey Koons is a seasoned investment banker and M&A professional with a focus on consumer internet, SaaS, and internet platform companies. Over the years, he has gained a wealth of experience in deal sourcing, business development, due diligence, competitive and industry research, operations, communication, and deal structuring and modeling. With a deep understanding of complex operational processes and technology platform strategy, Jeffrey has successfully executed numerous M&A and capital raising deals for both boutique and bulge-bracket financial institutions and large biotech firms.

Jeffrey holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business and has previously worked as an Operation Specialist at Genentech, a Client Operations Associate at Fisher Investments and a Summer Analyst at Banc of America Securities. He has also held senior roles at Vista Point Advisors, where he was a founding member and served as Vice President and Principal specializing in deal structuring and modeling.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Jeffrey has also been involved with the Joan Rose Foundation as the treasurer of the board of directors. He is a proficient user of Macintosh and Windows systems and applications, with extensive experience in Excel modeling and SalesForce administration and implementation.
