Pamela Baxter is a renowned executive with over 30 years of experience in the luxury beauty industry. She has held significant roles in several companies, including the Estee Lauder Companies, LVMH, and BONA FIDE Beauty Lab. At Estee Lauder, Pamela was instrumental in the company's first license agreement with Tommy Hilfiger, the acquisition of La MER, and the purchase of Jo MALONE. She also served as the Global President of the Specialty Group. At LVMH, Pamela acted as the President/CEO of Beauty Brands, which included Guerlain, Givenchy, and Fresh, amongst others. She repositioned and revitalized the DIOR brand and expanded the Fresh business while serving in that capacity. Presently, she is the Co-Founder/CEO of BONA FIDE Beauty Lab, where she offers funding and management/mentorship to female founder-led beauty businesses for accelerated growth. She has a wealth of expertise in brand positioning, strategic planning, marketing strategy, distribution strategy, acquisitions/licensing, and start-ups. Pamela also sits on several advisory boards and is a board director at various organizations.
