Wayne W. Alward, Jr. is a technology expert with extensive experience in building and managing profitable businesses within the aerospace industry. He honed his skills from a young age, fine-tuning his understanding of technology through trial-and-error efforts to build and disassemble electrical and mechanical devices. His early experiences translated to tangible value throughout his career, leading to his ultimate career goal of creating and building thriving and profitable businesses.

Alward’s career began in space and satellite programs and spanned multiple mergers and acquisitions, including RCA, GE, Martin Marietta, and Lockheed Martin. He contributed to Flight hardware Series 7000 and A2100 avionic product lines and served as an onsite technical consultant. Due to his excellent performance, he was later promoted and tasked with executing program complexity ahead of schedule. He also managed major contracts, oversaw satellite space systems and subsystems designs, and steered large, highly complex satellite programs from development to launch.

Alward generated over $1B in diverse-scope commercial and USG satellite program contracts throughout his career, directed the internal acquisition of COMSAT Technical Services, generating $15M/year in revenue, and achieved a 230% profit after stamping out a customer problem that threatened the end of life for a critical communications satellite. Additionally, he acquired and repurposed software products, resulting in $2M annual revenues at a cost reduction of 66%.

His grandfather, who built a 55-year start-up to a legacy-building business on hard work, relationship building, customer service, credibility, and reliability, inspired Alward's devoted customer-centric work ethic and quality-centricity. He studied at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School Of Business, the Lockheed Martin Corporate Institute, and the Aerospace Engineering at Stanford University.
