During his time at Washburn University, Ty was a summa cum laude in Accounting and Finance. Walrod had a crucial role in co-founding Bright Funds, a leading enterprise SaaS platform for corporate philanthropy that has facilitated more than $100M in philanthropic transactions for tens of thousands of donors. Moreover, he co-founded OutServe, the largest LGBT+ employee resource group in the world, serving thousands of U.S. military personnel.
