Patricia Mota is a seasoned professional with a strong intention to promote inclusivity and equitable work practices for all. She serves as the President and CEO of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, where she is responsible for devising effective strategies and expanding the organization's reach nationally. Her focus involves leading fundraising activities, professional development programs, and engaging experienced professionals to create a multi-generational network for the growth of the Latino community. Patricia's innovative and intercultural thought leadership, growth revenue and scaling strategies, extensive national network, leadership coaching, and board governance proficiency highlight her expertise. She has completed various courses, including a Global Social Enterprise New Strategies Certificate from Georgetown University and an M.P.A in Public Management from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
