He set up policies and procedures for State and Federal compliance and dealt directly with external Tax Firms to file various annual 1065's and liaisoned to the IRS to comply with government policies.

Salzman started his career working for eight years in public accounting with four leading firms with clients in various industries. He is a certified CPA who has passed the Uniform CPA Exam. He studied BS in Accounting and BA in Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland College Park.
